Junior Sales Development & Client Follow‑Up Executive

About the role

We are seeking a confident and organised Junior Sales Development & Client Follow‑Up Executive to support our sales team in Dubai. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, introducing our IT services, qualifying leads and arranging meetings for senior staff. You will also maintain ongoing communication with existing prospects to ensure every opportunity is tracked and progressed.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to potential clients from the company’s existing database.
• Introduce the company’s IT services, identify client needs and qualify leads based on interest, budget and decision timeline.
• Book meetings, consultations or follow‑up calls for senior sales members.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects already in discussion, following up on quotations, proposals and pending decisions.
• Update lead information, call notes and next steps in the CRM or tracking sheet.
• Re‑engage older or inactive leads and ensure no inquiry is left without timely follow‑up.
• Coordinate with senior team on qualified leads and escalate client questions as needed.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads contacted and meetings booked.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written English with a professional telephone manner.
• High tolerance for making a large volume of outbound calls each day.
• Excellent persuasion, relationship‑building and organisational abilities.
• Positive, persistent and target‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn the company’s services and sales process.
• Previous experience in telesales, business development, lead generation or sales support is preferred.
• UAE experience is an advantage; Malayalam language skills are a plus.
