Junior Sales Engineer – Instrumentation & Hydraulic Products

About the role

Golden Harbour LLC is looking for a Junior Sales Engineer to drive sales of instrumentation tubes, tube fittings and related hydraulic products across the UAE. The role combines technical knowledge with outdoor customer engagement to generate new business and meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop territory and customer plans to achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Identify and acquire new accounts among EPCs, contractors, end‑users and distributors through market visits and networking.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits to customer offices, project sites, workshops and industrial facilities to build long‑term relationships.
• Maintain deep product knowledge of instrumentation tubes, double‑ferrule compression fittings and hydraulic products to propose technical solutions.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends and upcoming project tenders.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Instrumentation Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of outdoor sales experience with instrumentation tubes, compression fittings, hydraulic products or in the Oil & Gas engineering sector.
• Established network within UAE Oil & Gas, EPC, petrochemical and marine/offshore sectors.
• Proven ability to handle technical RFQs and tender processes.
