Junior Sales Executive – Luxury Leather Market (UAE)

About the role

ALMA is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive to expand its luxury leather client network across the United Arab Emirates. This is a field‑based position that involves meeting clients face‑to‑face, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to prospective and existing clients throughout the UAE.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for ALMA’s luxury leather products.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with industry‑related clients.
• Represent ALMA professionally at client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
• Follow up on leads and enquiries promptly and in a structured manner.
• Report daily activities, client visits, and pipeline progress.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and prompt service.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience within the industry.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident in face‑to‑face client engagement.
• Energetic, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in a target‑driven, field‑based environment.
• Well‑presented with a professional and personable manner.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
