OS&E Sales Executive – Hospitality Linens

About the role

The OS&E Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by targeting five‑star hotels, luxury resorts and high‑end serviced apartments across Dubai and the wider UAE. The role focuses on securing large‑volume, high‑value contracts for premium hotel linens, bed sheets, bath linens and related OS&E textiles.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new B2B sales opportunities with operating hotels, luxury property management groups and upcoming pre‑opening hotel projects across Dubai.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle: from introductory pitch and sample demonstration to contract finalisation and post‑delivery relationship upkeep.
• Build and maintain multi‑level relationships with hotel Procurement Directors, Executive Housekeepers and General Managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Textile Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑4 years proven B2B sales experience in the Dubai/UAE market, preferably selling OS&E, hospitality supplies or commercial textiles.
• Valid UAE driving licence for regular client travel.
• Native‑level fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi is a strong advantage.

What we offer

• Fixed salary ranging from AED 3,000 to AED 7,000 per month, dependent on experience.
