Junior Service Technician – Elevators & Escalators

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Service Technician to join Otis in Abu Dhabi. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventive maintenance on elevators and escalators to ensure safety and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose technical issues in elevator and escalator systems.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance on elevators and escalators.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) to maintain reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• ITI, Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or B.Tech.
• 5‑8 years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry.
• Strong knowledge of elevator and escalator components and systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
