Junior Site Engineer

About the role

Group AMANA is seeking a Junior Site Engineer to support the execution of industrial construction projects in Dubai. The role involves close collaboration with the Project Engineer and on‑site supervisory staff to ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Engineer in supervising daily site activities and ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the Electrical Manager, Project Manager and Superintendent/Foreman to allocate manpower, material and equipment efficiently.
• Prepare and submit site documentation (material delivery notes, labor cards, daily activity reports) within 48 hours.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, enforce safety rules, and control material/equipment wastage.
• Track labor attendance and productivity, and provide weekly progress updates to the planning team.
• Support the development of look‑ahead schedules and contribute to weekly/monthly progress reports and photographic documentation.
