About the role
The Junior Valuer will support the valuation team in Dubai by conducting property inspections, drafting valuation reports and market studies under supervision. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality reports while providing excellent customer service to existing clients.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service and represent the company professionally in all business interactions.
- Draft valuation and market study reports under MRICS supervision, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Conduct thorough property inspections and apply the three recognised methods of valuation.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures to mitigate risk and maintain compliance.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate with a university degree, preferably in Real Estate Valuation.
- Strong communication abilities and willingness for continuous personal development.
- Knowledge of RICS/IVSC valuation standards (the “Red Book”) and property market dynamics.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Basic financial modelling capabilities.
