Key Account Manager - Africa

About the role

VITRONIC Machine Vision Middle East LLC is looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Executive to lead business growth across the African market. Based in Dubai, the role focuses exclusively on developing new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and expanding VITRONIC’s presence in key African countries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across African markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, partners and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to spot upcoming projects and sales opportunities.
• Design and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
• Represent VITRONIC at exhibitions, conferences and networking events.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, including proposals and commercial offers.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with technical, project and service teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain up‑to‑date CRM records and deliver regular market intelligence to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Proven track record of working with customers and business opportunities across Africa.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and travel frequently across African countries.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken); Arabic is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
