Key Account Manager – Commercial Vehicles

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results‑driven Key Account Manager to join our Commercial Vehicles team at FAMCO in Sharjah. The role focuses on building the customer base, growing market share and establishing the brand as a leading choice for fleet and transport customers across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and win new business opportunities within the truck sector.
• Build strong relationships with fleet operators, logistics companies, transportation businesses, contractors and key commercial customers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct regular customer visits, present vehicle solutions, coordinate demonstrations and support test drives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to order placement, delivery and payment collection.
• Maintain accurate records, forecasts and pipeline updates in the CRM system and support collections activities.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support growth strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience selling trucks in the United Arab Emirates.
• Experience managing fleet customers, transport companies, logistics operators and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of trucks, fleet operations and the UAE truck market.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
