Key Account Manager – Decorative Projects

About the role

As a Key Account Manager for Decorative Projects, you will be responsible for developing and managing key customer accounts for Jotun’s decorative paint range in the Abu Dhabi market. You will promote products, identify new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base through regular market visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and project stakeholders to achieve sales targets.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, prepare quotations and provide product recommendations.
• Monitor pricing, payments and customer accounts to meet profitability and collection goals.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing and Production teams to deliver excellent service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the construction sector, preferably with paint products.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
• Fluent English with strong negotiation, writing and presentation skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and able to build influential networks.
