Key Account Manager – Dubai

About the role

Axis, a fast‑growing IT company specializing in security surveillance and remote monitoring, is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead its commercial activities in Dubai and the wider Middle East. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic relationships with high‑value partners, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term strategic account plans for global and regional partners.
• Identify and capture growth opportunities in adjacent markets such as network audio, access control, intercoms, and smart analytics.
• Conduct competitive analysis and position Axis’s open‑platform solutions against low‑cost alternatives.
• Assess commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure profitable growth.
• Collaborate closely with installers, system integrators, consultants, and distributors to build a robust project pipeline.
• Educate and train partners on Axis’s value proposition, certifications, and joint solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing key accounts or strategic partners in the security surveillance or IT sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and influence cross‑functional teams.
