Key Account Manager – E-commerce

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to lead relationships with our e‑commerce clients, drive revenue growth and ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key e‑commerce clients as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue through upselling, cross‑selling and new opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze account performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, sales) and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and operations teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches and pricing strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and services, meeting client needs and business objectives.
• Manage contract negotiations and renewals to secure favorable terms and long‑term partnerships.
• Perform payment reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Stay updated on e‑commerce trends, competitive landscape and market changes to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide regular performance reports, sales forecasts and KPI updates to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, regulations and online retail standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in account management, sales or client services, preferably within e‑commerce or digital retail.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to drive results.
