Retail Sales Associate – Leather Products

About the role

The role represents EBL professionally by delivering excellent customer service, promoting leather and fashion products, achieving sales targets, and supporting smooth daily retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Promote and sell EBL products by explaining features, quality, pricing and availability.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain product displays, pricing, cleanliness and overall shop presentation standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with receiving, counting and replenishment.
• Process sales transactions, payments, invoices and daily sales reports accurately.
• Follow company policies on sales, promotions, returns and customer service.
• Support shop opening and closing activities as required.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in retail sales, customer service or similar roles.
• Experience in shop, showroom, kiosk, mall or premium retail sales preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling, sales transactions and inventory processes.
• Experience in leather, fashion, accessories or luxury products is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
