Key Account Manager – HORECA (Dubai)

About the role

The company is seeking a Key Account Manager to develop and manage strategic relationships with hotels, executive chefs and professional kitchens in Dubai. The role focuses on promoting the company’s food products, securing listings with hotel purchasing teams and achieving sales targets within the HORECA segment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with executive chefs, sous‑chefs, kitchen managers and hotel procurement teams.
• Promote ingredients and food products directly to culinary decision‑makers and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations, tastings and menu‑application demonstrations to encourage adoption.
• Secure product listings with hotel purchasing departments and manage tender processes.
• Identify and acquire new hotel, restaurant and catering clients within the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and provide regular sales performance reports.
• Ensure timely collections, credit control and on‑time product deliveries.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in HORECA, foodservice or hospitality‑related food distribution.
• Strong existing network with chefs, hotels, restaurants and hospitality groups in the UAE.
• Proven ability to build relationships with executive chefs and kitchen decision‑makers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and account‑management skills.
• Good understanding of hotel procurement processes and foodservice supply chains.
• Ability to analyse sales data, track account performance and work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
