Key Account Manager

About the role

Yomly, a Dubai‑based HR and payroll technology provider, is seeking a senior Key Account Manager to own and grow its most strategic client relationships across the GCC. You will act as the commercial lead for top accounts, ensuring clients receive measurable value and identifying expansion opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the commercial relationship for Yomly’s strategic client accounts.
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans, engagement plans, QBRs and annual reviews.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Procurement and leadership.
• Protect recurring revenue by managing account health, renewal risk and client satisfaction.
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities across products, services, entities, employee populations and GCC countries.
• Lead commercial conversations, proposals and growth plans for existing clients.
• Serve as senior escalation point and coordinate internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, Support, Payroll and Finance to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, account plans, renewal visibility and expansion pipeline.
• Help develop client advocates, references, testimonials and case studies.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of account management experience, including at least 2 years in a key account role.
• Proven track record of retaining high‑value enterprise clients and growing revenue.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and executive decision‑makers.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
• Experience in SaaS, HR technology, payroll or professional services within the GCC market is advantageous.
