Key Accounts Manager - Distribution

About the role

Sika is seeking a strategic Key Accounts Manager to lead and expand its distribution sales network in the United Arab Emirates. You will act as the primary liaison for existing distributors and drive the acquisition of new partners, ensuring strong market presence for our specialty chemicals and construction solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with current distributors, serving as the main point of contact for sales inquiries and support.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new distributors based on market research and company criteria.
• Collaborate with marketing to create sales strategies, promotional material and product training for distributors.
• Monitor sales performance, distributor feedback and market trends; provide forecasts and reports to management.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions and product presentations to enhance distributor capabilities.
• Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Represent Sika at industry events, trade shows and conferences to strengthen relationships and explore new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in key‑account or distributor management within the chemicals, construction or industrial sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
