Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher – Start Oct 2026

About the role

The Arbor School is looking for a passionate and reflective Key Stage 2 class teacher to join its primary department from mid‑October 2026. You will inspire students to become independent, confident learners who engage critically with the world around them.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for England, covering literacy, numeracy and the wider curriculum.
• Assess student progress continuously and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom where pupils feel safe to ask questions and take responsibility for their learning.
• Build strong relationships with students, families and colleagues, contributing to a collaborative school community.
• Support pupils’ transition from Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 3, preparing them for the next stage of education.
