Kid's Club Attendant – Royal Stables

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Kid's Club Attendant to join the Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi. The role involves creating a safe, engaging and enjoyable environment for younger members and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome children and parents warmly, ensuring a smooth Kids Club experience.
• Supervise children at all times, maintaining a safe, secure and inclusive environment.
• Organise and lead age‑appropriate games, creative activities, educational experiences and themed programmes.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and communicate relevant information to parents and guardians.
• Keep play areas, toys and equipment clean, safe and ready for use.
• Respond to incidents following safeguarding, first‑aid and emergency procedures.

Required profile

• Qualification or training in Early Childhood Education, Childcare, Recreation or a related field (preferred).
• 1‑2 years of experience working with children, preferably in a kids club, recreation, childcare, family entertainment or premium hospitality setting.

Required skills

• Strong awareness of child safeguarding, supervision, hygiene and safety practices.
• Creative mindset with ability to plan and facilitate engaging activities.
• Clear and reassuring communication with parents and guardians.
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
