Kiosk Sales Representative – Arabic Speaking

About the role

The Kiosk Sales Representative will work in a high‑traffic indoor retail environment, showcasing premium fragrances, home and workplace aromas, and luxury diffusers. The role requires fluent Arabic to provide personalized scent consultations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers, build rapport, and recommend products based on individual needs.
• Present and demonstrate fragrance products, explain features, promotions, and answer questions.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges using the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, well‑merchandised kiosk; replenish stock and follow visual guidelines.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and participate in promotional events.
• Provide after‑sales support, handle complaints, and follow up on special orders.
• Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and assist with stock deliveries.
• Collaborate with team members, ensure smooth shift handovers, and submit performance reports.

Required profile

• Previous retail or direct‑sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset and problem‑solving skills.
• Professional appearance and enthusiasm for luxury wellness products.
