Kitchen Administrator

About the role

The Kitchen Administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for guests and internal teams at Aloft Abu Dhabi, handling inquiries, reservations and administrative tasks. This full‑time position supports smooth kitchen operations through efficient office management and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest and client inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information.
• Enter, update and retrieve data in computer databases, reservation systems and point‑of‑sale platforms.
• Prepare letters, memos and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
• Operate standard office equipment, proofread and edit documents for accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Welcome and assist guests, ensuring professional appearance and service standards.
• Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and support team goals.
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe conditions to management.
• Perform light physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 pounds.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
