About the role
We are seeking a reliable Kitchen Assistant to join a top‑rated Lebanese restaurant in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with the Chef and kitchen team to ensure that all ingredients are prepared and ready for service, supporting smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Wash, peel, cut, and slice vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients as directed.
- Assist with unloading and organizing food supplies delivered to the kitchen.
- Clean and dry dishes, utensils, cooking tools, and cutting boards after each service.
- Maintain a tidy and hygienic work environment in compliance with food safety standards.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar kitchen assistant or food preparation role.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
