About the role
The Kitchen Steward supports essential hotel operations by ensuring clean and ready-to-use kitchen and dining equipment. Working across the kitchen, food & beverage, and laundry areas, you will help maintain high standards of hygiene and service for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dish‑washing machines, hand‑wash stations, linen washers and dryers.
- Transport dishware and linens throughout the hotel while adhering to safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with quality expectations and company policies.
- Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to the manager.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods.
Required profile
- No specific education requirement; high school diploma or GED not mandatory.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or certifications needed.
