About the role
The Kitchen Technician supports hotel facility maintenance, ensuring the physical functionality and safety of guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the property’s functionality and safety across guest rooms, public spaces, and heart‑of‑house areas.
- Respond quickly to guest calls and team work orders.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections to identify and address potential issues.
- Document inspections, repairs, and flag any further concerns.
