Lab Technician – Beverage Applications

About the role

We are looking for a Lab Technician specialized in beverage applications to join our Dubai laboratory. The role supports flavor creation, sample production and customer project coordination within ADM Nutrition’s global network.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and adapt beverage taste samples, incorporating ADM products according to customer specifications.
• Manage and track customer projects, ensuring deadlines, safety standards and quality requirements are met.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across EMEA, including development headquarters in Germany, other application labs and the commercial team.
• Maintain precise laboratory practices while handling fine chemicals and conducting product processing experiments.

Required profile

• BS degree in Food Science & Technology, Chemistry or related field.
• First experience in beverage product development or application.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong project management and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Handling of fine chemicals in a laboratory environment.
• Proficiency with PC applications and IT tools.
• Experience using SAP.
• Experience using Salesforce.
