Landscaping Supervisor

About the role

The Landscaping Supervisor will lead all gardening activities at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort, ensuring the grounds reflect the luxury standards of Anantara Hotels & Resorts while protecting the environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise daily gardening tasks across the resort.
• Maintain and safely store all horticultural tools and equipment.
• Ensure work areas are clean, tidy and free of hazards.
• Report potential safety issues promptly.
• Champion the resort’s energy and environmental initiatives, promoting the use of eco‑friendly products.
• Interact professionally with guests, colleagues and external vendors.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising landscaping or gardening teams in a hospitality setting.
• Strong understanding of plant care, irrigation and ground maintenance.
• Commitment to safety standards and environmental sustainability.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
