About the role
Join the newly opening Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina as a Laundry Assistant. You will ensure a constant supply of clean linens and handle guests’ personal laundry with professionalism, supporting the hotel’s high‑standard service for business and leisure travelers.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and deliver in‑house guest laundry promptly.
- Pick up and return external guest laundry and dry‑cleaning items.
- Verify laundry counts against guest sheets, noting any discrepancies or damages.
- Maintain laundry equipment and report any maintenance needs.
- Perform additional laundry services as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a four‑ or five‑star hotel or comparable environment.
- Ability to work with multicultural teams and communicate clearly.
- Detail‑oriented, quality‑focused and able to meet deadlines.
