About the role
The Laundry Attendant, also known as a Guest Environment Expert, plays a vital part in delivering a memorable hospitality experience. Working on‑site at a luxury hotel, you will ensure that all laundry and housekeeping areas are clean, well‑stocked, and ready for guest use.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests and stock carts with clean linens and supplies.
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms and public areas to maintain hotel appearance.
- Manage laundry inventory and ensure timely delivery of fresh linens.
- Report any maintenance issues in laundry equipment promptly.
- Ensure laundry operations meet quality standards and hotel brand guidelines.
Required profile
- Adhere to safety procedures, company policies and maintain confidentiality.
- Present a professional uniform, personal appearance and communication.
- Physical ability to stand, walk and lift objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow quality standards for laundry processing.
