Laundry Attendant

About the role

The Luxury Collection is seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to join its hotel operations in Dubai. In this full‑time position you will support the smooth functioning of guest services by handling laundry and related items throughout the property. You will work closely with housekeeping, engineering, and front‑office teams to ensure timely service for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, transport, and deliver laundry and other items between guest rooms, housekeeping, and service areas.
• Move, lift, carry, push, or pull objects weighing up to 55 pounds without assistance.
• Navigate stairs, service ramps, and confined spaces safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry areas and equipment.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.
• Ensure a professional appearance, uniform compliance, and clear communication with guests and team members.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
