About the role
Our Guest Environment Experts ensure that every guest experiences a clean and welcoming environment throughout their stay. As a Laundry Attendant you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and hygiene of hotel linens, towels and uniforms, supporting the overall housekeeping operations.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, sort and launder guest linens, towels, and staff uniforms according to hotel standards.
- Deliver clean laundry to guest rooms and housekeeping areas promptly.
- Maintain laundry equipment, report any issues, and ensure proper use of chemicals.
- Stock laundry carts and ensure supplies are readily available for housekeeping staff.
Required profile
- Commitment to safety, company policies, confidentiality and quality standards.
- Professional appearance, uniform compliance and clear communication.
- Physical ability to stand, walk and lift objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
