Laundry Attendant – Resort Laundry

About the role

Join the resort laundry team at a leading hospitality brand in Dubai. As a Laundry Attendant you will ensure the efficient handling of linen and garments, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Report for duty on time in full uniform and sign the attendance register.
• Load and unload trolleys from vehicles.
• Sort soiled linen into appropriate wash loads.
• Operate all types of laundry machines following correct procedures.
• Keep the work area, department and machinery clean at all times.
• Follow fire and safety procedures.
• Attend training sessions provided by hotel management.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the laundry manager or team leader.

Required profile

• Successfully completed secondary education.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar laundry role.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of fabrics and laundry chemicals.

Required skills

• Operation of laundry machinery.
• Handling of laundry chemicals and spotting agents.
• Understanding of fabric types and care requirements.
