About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Laundry Manager to join the luxury hotel team in Dubai. In this position you will be responsible for the overall performance of the laundry department, ensuring that all guest linens and garments are processed to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule laundry staff to guarantee efficient workflow.
- Monitor quality control procedures to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory of laundry supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet peak demand periods.
- Implement health, safety and hygiene standards within the laundry area.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a similar laundry management role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high service standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
