About the role
Penspen is seeking a Lead Engineer for Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecom to join a PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing design, specifications and site activities for large‑scale oil and gas infrastructure, ensuring compliance with international standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage E&I design and technical specifications.
- Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with IEC/IEEE standards.
- Lead FEED and detailed engineering teams.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders on PMC projects.
Required profile
- Engineering degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or Telecom.
- Minimum 18 years of experience, with at least 10 years on mega oil and gas processing projects.
- GCC experience mandatory; ADNOC experience is an added advantage.
Required skills
- Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecom engineering expertise.
- Knowledge of IEC and IEEE standards.
- Experience with FEED and detailed engineering processes.
