Lead Generation & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation & Social Media Manager to drive qualified lead acquisition and enhance our online presence. The role combines strategic lead sourcing with creative content production across multiple social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Research and generate high‑quality leads using online tools, social media, databases and other digital channels.
• Identify and engage potential clients on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, email campaigns and other outreach methods.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date lead database and ensure accurate CRM records.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and X.
• Design basic graphics, promotional posts, reels and other marketing materials using Canva or similar tools.
• Monitor social media performance, prepare regular reports on engagement, reach and lead generation.
• Assist with paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms to generate leads.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation and social media management.
• Ability to work independently and meet lead‑generation targets.
• UAE experience preferred; immediate joiners only.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic SEO is an advantage.

What we offer

• Salary range AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per month, depending on experience.
