About the role
KBR is seeking a Lead Piping Engineer to drive piping engineering activities for an offshore water injection project based in Abu Dhabi. The role will support all project phases from FEED through commissioning, ensuring designs meet ADNOC requirements and international standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead piping design and engineering for offshore water injection systems.
- Develop and review specifications, material classes, datasheets, and design philosophies.
- Approve piping layouts, GA drawings, isometrics, and 3D models.
- Conduct routing studies, line sizing, pressure‑drop calculations and hydraulic assessments.
- Review and coordinate stress analyses, flexibility studies and support arrangements.
- Define material specifications for seawater, treated water and utility systems and manage corrosion considerations.
