Lead QA QC Engineer

About the role

The Lead QA/QC Engineer will manage all Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes, teams and resources for ADNOC Growth Projects. Reporting to the Project Quality Manager, the role ensures full compliance with project‑specific contractual QA/QC requirements, ADNOC policies, international standards and owner directives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, obtain approval for and enforce the Project‑specific Quality Management System, manuals and procedures.
• Implement changes to project requirements, specifications or schedules through the applicable Management of Change (MOC) process.
• Define, update and maintain quality objectives, KPIs and contractual requirements for all service providers.
• Lead the project compliance and risk registers, creating and executing quality plans that meet ADNOC and international standards.
• Monitor quality reports, address concerns promptly and compile lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Participate in vendor and field inspection strategy, including selection of third‑party inspection agencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing QA/QC on large engineering or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC quality policies, international QA/QC standards and contractual requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent documentation, reporting and risk‑management skills.
