Key responsibilities

• Lead design and development of scalable, production‑grade solutions in partnership with TikTok Product Engineering teams.
• Provide architectural guidance and drive engineering excellence across the Solutions Engineering organization.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to identify business opportunities and support client goals.
• Design end‑to‑end systems, launch production code, and ensure long‑term maintainability and scalability.
• Use data to influence decision‑making and demonstrate business impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of software development and technical solutions delivery experience.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience in advertising technology and large‑volume data analytics.

Required skills

• Python, Go, Java, C/C++ programming.
• API and backend systems design.
• Machine‑learning infrastructure (model training, deployment, pipelines).
• Large‑volume data analytics.
• Advertising technology platforms.
• Mobile application development for iOS/Android and familiarity with TensorFlow or Keras.
