Learning & Development Specialist – UAE National

About the role

The AMZL Trans Learning Specialist partners with the Country L&D manager and operational teams to coordinate all training activities for the Dubai site. This role provides hands‑on training facilitation, administrative support, and ensures compliance training is up to date.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate training programs for up to 50 participants per session.
• Track learning curves and quality metrics, implementing performance‑improvement initiatives.
• Monitor adherence to established training standards and launch new tactical projects.
• Create and update training documentation using Articulate 360, Photoshop, and video‑editing tools.
• Identify and close developmental gaps for individuals and groups.
• Partner with program managers and leadership to implement process changes and ensure site adoption.
• Develop internal dashboards and report training progress and KPIs in daily and weekly leadership calls.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken, written, and read English.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience managing multiple projects, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Background as a trainer or experience developing/delivering training across multiple sites or regions.
