About the role

The FPD Training Specialist II will coordinate and support offshore training programmes for fleet personnel. This role ensures that training schedules, logistics and documentation are managed efficiently to meet operational and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate implementation of training plans and schedules, arrange logistics, invite participants and track attendance.
Maintain and update training records and documentation to guarantee accuracy and proper tracking of all training activities.
Update and manage training and licensing data, ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory standards.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
4–6 years of experience in ship management or the maritime field (preferred).
