Lease Construction Manager

About the role

Microsoft’s Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) team is looking for a high‑energy Lease Construction Manager to oversee the construction of leased data‑centre projects across the UAE region. Based near Dubai, you will act as Microsoft’s Employer Representative, ensuring lease providers meet contractual and technical requirements while delivering safe, high‑quality infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Drive safe, predictable, and efficient delivery of assigned leased data‑centre projects.
• Set ambitious goals, align with EPC regional OKRs, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with Microsoft Subject Matter Experts and lease providers to achieve Ready‑For‑Service status.
• Manage stakeholder dependencies, construction deliverables, and hand‑offs with internal teams such as E2E, Security, and Data Centre Engineering.
• Lead multidisciplinary, highly technical teams, and support regional DCD initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• High judgment and analytical capability to resolve complex construction challenges.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, technically demanding environments.
