Legal Consultant – Corporate & Commercial (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Lawyers On Demand is seeking experienced legal consultants for on‑site secondments with leading global clients in Abu Dhabi. You will deliver high‑quality legal work across a range of sectors, providing commercial solutions and supporting client teams on a flexible basis.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on Corporate & Commercial, Banking & Finance, Employment, Real Estate & Construction, and TMT matters.
• Work directly within client organisations on secondments, delivering timely and accurate legal deliverables.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring commercial outcomes and adaptability to varied environments.
• Collaborate with a global network of lawyers and consultants to share best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in a top‑tier international law firm.
• Specialisation in one or more of the listed practice areas.
• Common or civil law qualified.
• Resident in the UAE (GCC/Golden/Spousal/Freelancer visa) and able to start assignments on short notice.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi.
