About the role
Al Tarek Legal Consultancy is expanding its legal team in Dubai and seeks a Legal Consultant with solid, hands‑on experience in UAE courts. You will manage an active caseload covering both family (Personal Status) and labour matters, providing direct advice to clients and ensuring proper case documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and represent clients in Personal Status (family law) matters.
- Handle labour and employment disputes through all procedural stages.
- Prepare, draft and file pleadings, memoranda, and legal notices.
- Prepare and follow up execution files on UAE court systems.
- Advise clients directly and maintain comprehensive case records.
Required profile
- Specialisation in Personal Status (family law) cases.
- Specialisation in labour and employment cases.
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the UAE legal environment.
- Proficiency in handling executions on UAE court systems.
- Fluency in Arabic; English is an advantage.
Required skills
- Arabic (fluent).
- English (advantage).
