Lifeguard – Beach Operations

About the role

Jumeirah Saadiyat Island is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to join its Beach Operations team. This role involves ensuring the safety of guests in the pool and surrounding beach areas while upholding the resort’s high standards of service and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the 10/20 pool scanning rule at all times and respond immediately to any incidents.
• Administer First Aid and CPR when required.
• Keep the pool and surrounding areas clean, hygienic, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct daily inspections of the First Aid kit, oxygen unit, and other emergency supplies.
• Process guest and operational requests accurately and provide timely information.

Required profile

• College diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Valid First Aid certification.
• Physically fit and able to perform all duties.
• Recognised swimming qualification or lifeguarding certification.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or leisure.
