About the role

The Dubai Women Establishment is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well‑being of swimmers and beach guests at the Dubai Ladies Club. You will supervise pool and beach areas, respond swiftly to emergencies, and support a safe, welcoming environment for members, guests, and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol pool and beach facilities, enforcing safety rules and preventing accidents.
• Identify, report, and act on hazards or maintenance needs promptly.
• Execute rescue and emergency procedures in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures and Emergency Action Plan.
• Educate guests on safe water practices and support team members in maintaining high safety standards.
