Lifeguard – Resort Pools & Beach Zones

About the role

Join Atlantis Resorts as a Lifeguard and help ensure the safety of guests across multiple pool and beach locations in Dubai’s premier luxury resorts. You will work in a dynamic, outdoor environment, providing vigilant supervision and excellent guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor pool, waterpark and beach areas to prevent accidents and enforce safety rules.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and emergencies, providing assistance as needed.
• Maintain clean and orderly pool environments, including regular checks of equipment and water quality.
• Rotate between Atlantis The Palm, Atlantis The Royal, Aquaventure Waterpark and designated beach zones on a scheduled basis.
• Participate in monthly safety training sessions to enhance lifeguarding skills.

Required profile

• Physically fit, able to stand for long periods and work in hot conditions.
• Strong observational abilities and proactive guest service mindset.
• Ability to swim 200 meters continuously and tread water for extended periods.
• Excellent verbal communication in English.
