Lifeguard Supervisor

About the role

As a Lifeguard Supervisor at Caravan by Our Habitas Hatta, you will lead the daily operation and safety of the pool and recreational water areas, ensuring guests can enjoy the environment with confidence. The role blends strong safety awareness with warm hospitality, overseeing a team of lifeguards and maintaining high operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily lifeguard operations, ensuring proper coverage and active surveillance of all pool areas.
• Lead, brief and support the lifeguard team, maintaining professionalism and guest service.
• Monitor pool and surrounding areas continuously, identify hazards and take preventative action.
• Respond to emergencies with rescue, first aid and CPR as required.
• Conduct safety drills, briefings and refresher training for the team.
• Perform opening and closing safety checks and maintain lifesaving equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, training and safety checks.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations on water quality and equipment maintenance.

Required profile

• Valid recognised lifeguard certification meeting UAE regulations.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Previous supervisory experience as a senior lifeguard or similar role.
• Excellent swimming ability and proven rescue skills.
• Strong understanding of pool safety, risk prevention and emergency procedures.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
