About the role

As a Waiter / Waitress at Caravan by Our Habitas Hatta, you will create warm, relaxed and memorable dining experiences that reflect the spirit of Our Habitas. More than simply delivering food and drinks, you’ll connect with guests, share the stories behind our menus and create an atmosphere where people feel genuinely welcomed.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and guide them through a relaxed, engaging dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, noting preferences, allergies and dietary requirements.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menus, ingredients, preparation methods and daily specials to confidently advise guests.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while upholding high standards of presentation and service.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately and follow all food safety, hygiene and responsible service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a guest‑facing role within hospitality, preferably in a hotel, resort or restaurant.
• Warm, attentive and engaging personality with a genuine passion for connecting with people.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage guests from diverse cultures.
• Team‑oriented mindset, collaborating closely with culinary, bar and F&B colleagues during busy services.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
