About the role
The Lifting Supervisor will lead and coordinate all lifting activities on construction or industrial sites in Abu Dhabi. This permanent position requires ensuring that every lift is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with HSE standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate lifting operations on site.
- Plan and allocate manpower and equipment for each lift.
- Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and safe lifting practices.
- Monitor daily lifting activities, maintaining a 10‑hour work schedule.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports for each operation.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Lifting Supervisor, preferably on construction or industrial projects.
- Experience within ADNOC, UAE, or GCC environments is highly valued.
- Complete and verifiable educational and professional documentation from recognized institutions.
- Relevant certifications and client approvals, if applicable.
