Liquid Cooling Engineer

About the role

CoolIT Systems is seeking a Specialist Liquid Cooling Engineer to lead technical engagement with designers, consulting firms, colocation providers and hyperscalers across the EMEA region. You will act as the trusted advisor for our liquid‑cooling solutions, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and account teams to support strategic technical sales opportunities.
• Consult on thermal‑management solutions, improving cold‑plate and cooling‑distribution‑unit performance.
• Work directly with designers and clients to understand requirements, recommend solutions and provide training.
• Lead root‑cause‑analysis investigations to resolve application or best‑practice issues at customer sites.
• Partner with R&D and Marketing on innovation projects, delivering value propositions, technical documentation and stakeholder education.
• Drive pilot applications, technical trials and market trials for new cooling technologies.
• Facilitate training sessions for internal associates and external customers.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in data‑center infrastructure and liquid‑cooling systems.
• Proven ability to navigate complex multinational customer organizations.
• Excellent communication skills to act as the primary technical interface.
• Experience collaborating with sales, R&D and marketing teams.
