Litigation Lawyer – Civil, Commercial & Labor

About the role

We are seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join a dynamic professional services firm in Dubai. The role focuses on civil, commercial, labour, and Rental Disputes Center matters, providing clients with clear legal advice and strategic representation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal consultations and assess disputes across civil, commercial, labour, and RDC domains.
• Develop and present litigation strategies, timelines, risks, and potential outcomes to clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and convert consultations into retained engagements.
• Coordinate case handover with the litigation team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
• Proven experience handling UAE civil, commercial, labour, and RDC cases.
• Strong knowledge of UAE court procedures and dispute resolution processes.
• Excellent client consultation and relationship‑management abilities.
