About the role
Haier is seeking a Logistics Associate to support its logistics and supply chain operations in Dubai. The role will ensure smooth inbound and outbound stock flows, maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with internal and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound stock activities, inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Prepare stock reports, PD reconciliation reports and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor overstock situations and identify potential stock‑out risks.
- Support timely processing of logistics‑related payments.
- Manage POD collection, uploading and follow‑up activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient logistics operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant logistics experience.
- Strong analytical and coordination abilities.
- Experience in a home appliance or consumer electronics company is an advantage.
